Ukraine has "refused" from the Donbass and claims to the Crimea, said the former member of Parliament Eugene Moore in the broadcast channel "OUR". The release record published on the YouTube channel policy.
"Waiver" of Kiev from these territories, he explained, "the reluctance to pay money," to the people living there.

The former MP added that having been in the Donbas and talking to people, he found out that they have no illusions about Ukraine, since it is impossible "to hide which side are attacks". So, says Moore, the inhabitants of the DNI and LC grow up with a hatred of the Kiev authorities.
"They perceive not the Ukraine, and the Ukrainian government, which broadcasts certain meanings abandons its citizens, as the power of the enemy", — concluded the politician.
Previously, Moore has criticized the Ukrainian authorities that, in his opinion, scored "another nail in the no return" of the Crimea and Donbas with the help of the law on state language.
