An air alert has been declared in five regions of Ukraine. This is evidenced by the data of the online map of the Ukrainian Ministry of Digital Transformation.
So, sirens sound in Poltava, Chernihiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Sumy and Kharkiv regions. The alarm was announced at about the same time – at 10.53 (Moscow time). Residents are asked to stay in safe places.
In the morning, on January 5, an air alert was already announced in the Kirovograd, Dnepropetrovsk, Cherkasy and Poltava regions of Ukraine. On Wednesday, January 4, sirens sounded throughout the country.
Recall that Russian troops began to strike at the critical infrastructure of Ukraine on October 10. This happened two days after the terrorist attack on the Crimean Bridge, in which the FSB of Russia accused the Ukrainian special services.
According to the Prime Minister of Ukraine Denis Shmygal, as a result of Russian attacks, almost half of the country’s energy system has been disabled.
