The former President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko has recorded a video message to the head of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko.

He urged the Belarusian authorities to immediately cease the violence, to release peaceful protesters and to hold repeat presidential elections. Corresponding video the former President posted on his page in Facebook.

In Belarus from August 9, there are protests. Their members are dissatisfied with the results of past presidential elections.
