More than half of the population of Ukraine believes that the events in the state are going in the wrong direction, evidenced by the survey of the Fund “Democratic initiatives” name Ilka Kucheriv.

According to the website of the Fund, 60.5% of Ukrainians believe that events in the country are developing in the wrong direction, reverse the opinion of 21.5% of the population. The remaining respondents had difficulty choosing or refused to answer.

The part of the citizens (20%) believe that Ukraine will be able to overcome the difficulties over the next few years. About 47% believe that the country will emerge from the crisis in the longer term, 13,5% sure that the state is not able to overcome the problems.

The study was conducted together with sociological Razumkov center among residents of countries in all regions, except beyond the control of Kiev territories of Donbass from 3 to 9 July. Altogether, 2022 respondents, the error does not exceed 2.3%.

Recall, Ukraine has decreased the number of those who trust the head of state, Vladimir Zelensky people in the country. So, he is trusted by 41% of respondents, but the proportion of those who doesn’t trust him, is 51%.
