The Minister of justice of Ukraine Denis Malyuska again complained of low wages. About it reports the UNIAN.

The Minister said that he wanted to buy a dog confiscated from the previous owner for debt, but was unable to do this due to the high value of the animal.

“I was not able to compete with other participants: the salary does not allow me to pay for a pit bull more than 11 thousand, while the auction ended exactly such results,” he said.

The Minister also noted that the winner of the auction “take the dog”, though, and paid the required amount. Maluska suggested that this was done “from some PR considerations.”

The Minister pointed out that the life of these funds he needed, because before entering the civil service he spent at least 100 thousand UAH (about 270 thousand).
