One of the writers of the horror film “Children’s games” by John Lafia committed suicide at the age of 63 years. Writes about this Variety.

A colleague of screenwriter don Mancini said that he was from the outset an essential element of the family, “Chuckie”. He also added that Lafia came up with the name of the main character Chuckie and the famous phrase from the movie “hi, I’m Chucky! Play?”.

Date of farewell to Lafia is not reported.

In addition to “Children’s games”, the writer worked on the creation of such films as “the Blue iguana”, “man’s Best friend” and many others.
