The Minister of foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba said that the online summit in “Norman format” level of foreign Ministers will be held on Thursday, April 30. About it writes “RBC-Ukraine”.

According to him, the foreign Ministry of Germany, France and Russia have agreed to hold the meeting in a new format. “All four will be foreign Minister. I thank them all for what they agreed to participate in this event,” — said Kuleba.

Before that, the head of the office of the President of Ukraine Andrey Ermak reminded that Ukraine never conducted and will not conduct a direct dialogue with the breakaway republics of Donbass. At the same time, Deputy Prime Minister for reintegration of the temporarily occupied territories Alexey Reznikov said that the Ukrainian authorities are not going to fix the special status of Donbass in the Constitution, as envisaged by the Minsk agreements.
