Chairman of the state Council of the DPRK Kim Jong-UN has decided to postpone the General staff presented a plan of military action against the South, informs the Central Telegraph Agency of Korea (KCNA).

The decision of the Korean leader has received during a preliminary meeting of the fifth session of the Central military Committee of Labour party of Korea the seventh convocation. It reviewed the main projects of military policy, reports and resolutions that will be submitted to the fifth session of the CEC TPK seventh convocation, as well as documents reflecting the "government measures to further strengthening the military deterrent of countries".

The meeting, as noted, was held in videoconference mode.

Inter-Korean relations worsened, when on June 16, North Korea blew up a joint liaison office in the industrial complex of Kaesong near the demarcation line. Prior to this, North Korea has repeatedly threatened to demolish the office and even out of military agreements with South Korea, if the South would stop sending activists to the territory of the DPRK propaganda.

Despite the promise of the South Korean government to take a number of measures designed to smooth over the situation and to stop activists sending leaflets, Pyongyang reconciliation did not go. Seoul said that the blame for all the consequences of the escalation lies with the DPRK, but their plans to fight the senders of leaflets is not canceled.
