Margaret Trudeau, mother of the canadian Prime Minister, Justin Trudeau, admitted to hospital after a fire at his home in Montreal, according to the radio station Radio-Canada.
A fire in an apartment house, where 71-year-old woman occurred on the night of Tuesday. It is reported that Trudeau was poisoned with combustion products, and got "serious injury", but her life is out of danger.
The Prime Minister reiterated that his mother is in the hospital after the fire. He expressed his condolences to the three families affected in the incident.
Margaret Trudeau from 1971 to 1984 was married to Pierre Elliot Trudeau, Prime Minister of Canada 1968-1979 and 1980-1984.
