The number of deaths from the coronavirus in France is close to 30 thousand, in hospitals there are nearly 7.6 thousand people, according to the country’s Ministry of health on Tuesday.
"Since the beginning of the epidemic in France died 29 933 people, including 19 457 people died in hospitals, 10 476 people – in the social and medico-social institutions", – said in a communique.
In hospitals there are 7594 people. For the last day were hospitalized 127 patients with COVID-19. In the intensive care unit are 538 patients in the last 24 hours there have been 21 people. The total number of patients in the intensive care unit decreased by 10 compared with Monday.
Since the beginning of the epidemic more than 105 thousand people were hospitalized, 18.4 thousand of them were in intensive care. The number of recovered exceeds 77.6 per thousand, said in a communiqué.
