Chief sanitary doctor of Ukraine Victor Liashko downgraded the situation from the coronavirus in the country. He stated this at a briefing, RIA Novosti reported.
According to him, Ukraine initially moved on “yellow-green” scenario. However, a month after the publication of the first forecast, it became clear that the dynamics reflect the “yellow” scenario.
“unfortunately, we orientirueshsya four thousand deaths and about 400 thousand cases of infection, which may be in our country”, — said Lyashko.
July 30, Ukraine has set a record for the coronavirus infection. Per day revealed 1197 new cases. The Ministry of health of Ukraine has named the ten regions, not ready to weakening of the quarantine imposed because of a pandemic coronavirus. The list includes Vinnytsia, Volyn, Zhytomyr, Transcarpathian, Ivano-Frankivsk, Odesa, Rivne, Ternopil, Chernivtsi and Chernihiv region.
According to 1 August, there are more than 17.6 million infected with coronavirus, of which more than 680 thousand died, and another 10.3 million recovered. Most infected are in the US, Brazil, India, Russia and South Africa. In Ukraine identified 72 thousand cases of diseases.
