The population of Crimea, in contrast to industrial enterprises at the moment are fully supplied with water. This was stated by Secretary of national security Council and defense of Ukraine Alexey Danilov.

According to the NSDC Secretary, Ukraine "moral rights" to resume water supply to Crimea, which is under the control of the Russian Federation.
Earlier, Daniel reported that at the meetings of the national security Council had not raised the question about "the resumption of water supply in Crimea in exchange for a cease-fire in the Donbass".
The Minister of foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba stated that the official Kiev will not supply water to Crimea, even in exchange for contained in the Peninsula of the Ukrainian prisoners. According to him, "people need to exchange people, and the political and economic arrangements should be separate".
