The Governor of California helped the migrants and got under court

The Governor of California Gavin Newsom sued due to the fact that he decided to grant illegal immigrants financial aid. About it reports Los Angeles Times.

Conservative non-profit organization “Center for American freedom” (Center for American Liberty) appealed to the state Supreme court, accusing Newsom of unauthorized disposal budget.

“This is taxpayers’ money, to distribute them only to the legislative branch. It’s not the stash, which the Governor may use, as he pleases,” said one of the representatives of the Centre.

In the panel’s view, the news should first and foremost take care of US citizens, not the migrants.

On 16 April the Governor announced that he was going to allocate $ 75 million as financial assistance to undocumented immigrants, because of the crisis caused by the epidemic coronavirus infection, they have no opportunity to obtain unemployment benefits.

April 23, U.S. President Donald trump has signed a decree, which temporarily prohibited the immigration to the United States due to the impact of the pandemic COVID-19 on the country’s economy. As explained to the American leader, he went to protect American workers.
