The Russian representative in the contact group on Donbass Boris Gryzlov complained to the authorities of Ukraine. He accused them of disrupting the negotiations for a cease-fire.
It is the fault of Kiev once again made a statement about the cease-fire. The Russian delegation supported the statements of the parties on the indefinite ceasefire, which would include additional measures agreed in July 2019, the statement quoted Gryzlov, RIA Novosti.
As previously reported NEWS.ru Ukraine knew in advance about the visit of the Deputy head of the presidential administration of the Russian Federation Dmitry Kozak in Berlin for talks with German Chancellor Angela Merkel. So Kiev does not consider the visit of Kozak “games behind”.
