“In the hectic hours before the strike on Syria trump initially agreed to impose more sanctions against Russia… however, he changed his mind,” said Bolton. According to him, trump decided that the American side made clear its position.

The plaque was subjected to both military and civilian targets. This, according to them, was a response to the chemical attack on the Syrian city of Duma in Eastern ghouta.
