In the case of the crash Malaysian Boeing MH17 may be new members, said the Ambassador of Ukraine in the Netherlands Vsevolod Chentsov.

According to “UKRINFORM”, the Dutch side is considering the possibility to involve in the process of the state, whose citizens died in the crash.

Chentsov noted that the feasibility of joining is initiated by the case of Ukraine will be made on the basis of the findings in the case of “Ukraine vs Russia” in the International court of justice.

Ukraine has filed a lawsuit in the international court of justice in January 2017. It was reported that Russia violated the Convention for the suppression of the financing of terrorism of 1999. And 8 Nov 2019 court of justice rejected all preliminary objections of the Russian side.

Passenger Boeing 777 company “Malaysian airlines”, carrying out flight MH17 from Amsterdam to Kuala Lumpur crashed in the Donetsk region of Ukraine on 17 July 2014. Then killed 298 people, who were citizens of 10 countries. The case involves four defendants: the Russians Igor Girkin, Sergey Dubinsky, Oleg Pulatov and Ukrainian Leonid Kharchenko.
