One of the best athletes in the history of professional Boxing, Manny Pacquiao intends to become the President of the Philippines.
according to the British newspaper the Sun with reference to the former boxer promoter Bob Arum, Pacquiao will nominate a candidate for election in 2022. The current head of the Philippines in 2016 is Rodrigo Duterte.
Arum told the newspaper that 41-year-old Pacquiao already invited him to the inauguration of the field to win the elections. Currently the boxer is a member of the Senate of the Philippines. His term of office expires in just 2022.
For his career, Pacquiao, long time head of the most prestigious ranking of the best boxers in the world outside of the weight class, spent 71 fight. On account of his 62 victories, including 39 by knockout, seven losses and two draws.
