President of the United States Donald trump picks new slogan for his election campaign, which will be announced in the coming weeks. Such information Sunday circulated newspaper, The Washington Post, citing its sources.
In 2016, the current occupant of the White house won under the slogan “let’s Make America great again”. Initially, the current campaign of the American leader took place under the slogan “let’s Keep America great!” However, as the newspaper notes, because of the pandemic of the coronavirus that triggered the US economic crisis, as well as on the background sweeping the country protests, it was decided to change the slogan.
In recent weeks, trump has tried to return to the old “let’s Make America great again”, and tried phrases such as “move to greatness” and “the Best is yet to come”, writes TASS. It is also noted that the polling staff became less likely to use the slogan “Promises given, promises fulfilled”.
Earlier, trump announced that he would resume the conduct of his campaign rallies. Events already scheduled in Oklahoma, Florida, Arizona and North Carolina.
