North Korean leader Kim Jong-UN has missed celebrations in memory of his grandfather Kim Il-sung due to serious health problems, said a former diplomat to the DPRK Tae Yong Ho. A former employee of the foreign Ministry suggested that the head of state “is unable to walk normally,” according to Interfax.
