Businessman Vladislav Fomenko, who claims that was in a relationship with ballerina Anastasia Volochkova submitted her to court. About it writes “Komsomolskaya Pravda”.
According to Fomenko, it was used as a dancer in order to unjust enrichment. Businessman requires to recover from Volochkova 30 million rubles, which, according to him, the dancer had to pay his friends the builders for the work carried out in house repairs.

The entrepreneur claims that shortly before the completion of the ballerina, in a state of alcoholic intoxication, drove the builders and severed relations with Fomenko.
“Taking into account my relationship with the Respondent, the builders put me the account that I’m under threat of criminal and civil cases had to pay” – says the lawsuit.
According to the businessman, he was in debt bondage, and because of this was forced to break the law, after which he was sentenced to 2.5 years for fraud.
Coming out of prison, Fomenko tried to contact a former sweetheart, but she refused to get in touch, through his lawyer accused him of lying and said that he is mentally ill.
“as a result of the actions of the defendant and his lawyer Verbitskaya my life went downhill, I was made a laughingstock, I can’t get a job and are in a state of prolonged depression”, – concluded Fomenko.

Vladislav Fomenko explained to the media that he had a meeting with Volochkova six years ago, but whirlwind romance is rapidly ended by the initiative of the actress: she stopped communicating. The artist communication with Fomenko denies. According to her, he was one of the builders to make repairs in her mansion.
