the St. Petersburg “Zenith” has agreed 50% pay cut to the players on the period, which has become extra competitive due to pandemic coronavirus. This was announced by the General Director of the team from Neva banks Alexander Medvedev.

“We have agreed with the players about pay cuts in April and may of 50%. It is an agreement with all the players, the talks ended”, – quotes Medvedev TASS.

the Russian football Union has suspended all Russian football competitions until may 31.

Previously, the decrease in salaries with its players agreed to the Moscow “Dynamo”, “Spartak”, CSKA, “Zenit”, “Rubin” and “Ufa”.

“Zenit” after 22 rounds scored 50 points and leads the standings of the championship of Russia on football among teams of the Premier League.
