The Icon of the seas, a luxurious cruise ship measuring 365 meters in length, is nearing the end of its construction at the Turku shipyard (Finland).

The ship ordered by Royal Caribbean is intended to sail in the Caribbean from the beginning of 2024.

Built by Meyer Turku, the vessel is equipped with state-of-the-art features such as Liquefied Natural Gas propulsion and fuel cell technology.

According to the company, the ship is not only the largest, but also “one of the most modern in the world”.
