Weather forecast for the next seven days promises Russia a new anomaly: the southern regions will be warmer than in the North.

Scientist called the situation “a war between the North and South” in the Northern regions the temperature in the coming days will be “double-red”, that is a serious deviation from the norm. Closer to the South temperatures will be “bluish” might be a little below normal.
