June in the Urals was cold and rainy, but July has temperature records. Meteorologists explain this early arrival of spring and the displacement of the July rainy period. This is due to the nonuniform global warming, which causes climate change.
Physicians are reminded that the prolonged hot weather with rains and thunderstorms are impacting the health of older people. In this weather it is recommended to take prescribed medications, avoid direct sunlight and not to stay long in the sun, writes RT.
