In the European part of Russia will return “this summer” and the 30-degree heat. TASS said the scientific Director of the hydrometeorological center of Russia Roman Vilfand.
Warming will come next week. “From Wednesday temperatures will be above normal by 1-2 degrees, and on Thursday — already 3 degrees above normal. This applies to almost the entire European territory of the country. Only in the Astrakhan and Volgograd regions, in the East of Stavropol — 1-2 degrees below normal,” promised weatherman.
In Moscow, the thermometer will overcome 30-degree mark mid-week. “This mode of 25-30 degrees will continue until the end of the working week in the capital. Life is getting better!” — he added, noting that Monday in the capital will be Sunny and less rainy.
Earlier Vilfand gave a forecast in August. According to him, in the last month of summer the weather will be “nervous” with significant temperature variations. In half of Russian regions the temperature is higher than normal, as they will be in the “red” zone.
