On the black sea coast of Krasnodar region there is a risk of formation of tornadoes. This is stated in the forecast on the website of the all-Russian research Institute on problems of civil defense and emergency situations of EMERCOM of Russia.
Factors that contribute to the formation of tornadoes are warm water of the Black sea and the average temperature is above 27 degrees, said the rescuers. In particular, the risks of bad weather are high near major canyons villages Loo, Yakornaya Shchel, Magri, some districts of greater Sochi and Tuapse.
In addition, in some Russian regions in the South of Russia because of the heat observed damage to crops from drought. In particular, such cases were observed in the Astrakhan, Rostov, Volgograd areas, in Kuban and Stavropol, and also in the Crimea, and Kalmykia.
