In the Central Federal district (CFD) on Wednesday, June 17, projected the dangerous solar activity that may adversely affect the eyesight and skin of people, said the scientific Director of the hydrometeorological center of Russia Roman Vilfand.

So, Roshydromet forecasts for the 17-th number in the Central Federal district has a very high index of irradiance, six to eight units”, – cites the opinion of the supervisor meteorologist TASS.

According to Vilfand, such a high the UV index is especially dangerous for skin and eyes people. In this regard, it is necessary to observe a number of important recommendations.

“This is a very negative impact on eyes and skin. To sunbathe it is not recommended, you need to use sunscreen, to wear long sleeve shirt, wear a hat. This is quite serious,” said the scientific Director of the hydrometeorological center.

If possible, it is better to spend the afternoon in the room and during the day try to stay in the shade, a meteorologist advises.

In the Central Federal district includes the city of Moscow and 17 other regions in the West of the European part of Russia, including Belgorod, Bryansk, Vladimir, Voronezh, Ivanovo, Kaluga, Kostroma, Kursk, Lipetsk, Moscow, Orel, Ryazan, Smolensk, Tambov, Tver, Tula, Yaroslavl.
