Development company MR Group has started construction of an office center iCity in the composition of the business complex "Moscow city". It is reported by RIA Novosti.
Business centre will occupy an area of 249 thousand square meters. The builders will build two towers on a common 7-storey stylobate – Time Tower (61 floors) and Space Tower (34 floors).
"During the construction of the approach "smart building" the so – called smart architecture that involves the combination of intelligent engineering systems, full automation and energoeffektivnosti building" – said the company-Builder.
Offices in business center will provide 141 thousand square meters. Another 10 thousand square meters will be allocated for retail and coworking. To complete the construction plan in 2023.
The volume of investments into the project will amount to 20 billion rubles.
