If we talk in General about the unemployment situation, the economy of the city employed somewhere 7.3 million daily, a figure of 2.6 percent registered unemployment is by all conventional standards a very low. Before that we were at an all time low less than a percent, in fact it was not", – said Efimov channel "Moscow 24".

Today, about 200 thousand people in Moscow are registered as unemployed, an increase of almost sevenfold, while only 60 thousand people – those people who have lost their jobs since March 1, the rest did not work before, said Yefimov.

"personal income tax, we see a reduction of the dynamics on receipt of tax on income of physical persons, but in General, if we talk about the month of June, it was restored not just to the level of last year, but showed a positive trend in the growth. This generally suggests that the base salary has decreased, but not significantly," the Deputy mayor said.

He said that personal income tax receipts in April-may decreased by 10-15%, but this is due to the fact that a reduced bonus payments, bonuses in connection with downtime. "In General, if to speak about the economy, then we have salary projects, and on receipt in the budget in terms of personal income tax that we have had no layoffs, no reductions of wages," the official added.
