MOSCOW, may 5 – RIA Novosti. Moscow authorities have begun preparations for the next heating season, despite the difficult epidemiological situation in connection with the coronavirus, said Deputy RIA Novosti on Tuesday the Deputy mayor of Moscow on housing and communal services and improvement of Pyotr Biryukov.
Biryukov recalled that the decision to complete it will be made when within 5 days the average daily air temperature will keep at level of + 8 degrees Celsius with a course on the rise.
“for three days we will gradually turn off the heating in the city. The situation with the isolation of Muscovites will not affect”, – assured the mayor.
According to him, to conclude the preparatory work is planned until 25 August 2020. Before September 1 will be readiness for the start of heat on social facilities – schools, kindergartens, hospitals, and until September 15, the utilities will be ready for the mass start-up of heat in apartment houses and other objects.
