The Russian government approved the allocation of funds for incentive payments to medical and other workers who help patients with coronavirus. The relevant document posted on the website of the Cabinet.

Earlier it was reported that in total was allocated 41.8 billion rubles, 10 billion of which was allocated for 85 regions of the country. The Unallocated reserve was $ 31.7 billion rubles, in the future of these funds for the provision of compensations were allocated 9.3 billion rubles.

The draft proposes to distribute the remaining funds.

"to Approve the distribution of other intergovernmental transfers… for the implementation of incentive payments… medical and other workers directly involved in the provision of medical assistance to citizens who are diagnosed with novel coronavirus infection", – stated in the message.

In early April, Russian President Vladimir Putin proposed to set allowances to the salary of the doctors working with infected coronavirus infection COVID-19. It was reported that doctors should receive payment until may 15.
