The government of Kuzbass allowed to hold graduations at schools on 1 August in the open air, the corresponding order of the Governor published on the website of the regional administration.
"Graduation parties at schools of Kuzbas will be held on August 1, the celebration will be held outdoors and will be accompanied by preventive measures. According to the decree, plans and scenarios prom will be developed with the participation of parent committees. Festive events for graduates will be held in the open air, without direct contact children from different classes. Graduates will be required to adhere to the mask mode, prior to the events, the participants points will measure the temperature", – the press-service of administration of the regional government .
As follows from the text of the Ordinance, the public facilities (toilets) disinfection should be carried out every 2 hours, with mandatory contact surfaces (handrails, door handles, valves, taps, buttons, cisterns) must also be dispensers with antiseptic.
In addition, to maintain social distance on the territory of the prom, you need to apply a markup of 1.5 meters. Do not conduct graduation balls, with the involvement of individuals from other organizations, as well as the implementation of food (including in catering) participants graduation.
Also from the order should be that concert and theatrical companies begin preparations for the opening of the theatrical season, is scheduled for August 20. Resume rehearsals and advance ticket sales for concerts and performances.
"At the entrances to theatres and concert institutions need to provide body temperature control of employees and visitors, the ticket office must be the markings to comply with social distance. Staff are obliged to provide regular ventilation and sanitation of premises, disinfection of air, using recirculation units. Staff and visitors of cultural institutions must comply with mask mode", – reads the press service.
