From the beginning of 2020 average cost per square meter apartment in Moscow (without taking into account elite offers) declined by 2.6 percent. About it reports news Agency “Moscow” with reference to data of the analytical center CYANOGEN.

According to analysts ‘ estimates, on apartments 21 per cent of proposals under construction of housing in the capital. In the mass segment the share of suites — 12%, in business class, 19% in the elite — more than 60 percent. The average “square” of real estate of this type is 227 thousand rubles (at the beginning of 2020 — 233 thousand).

IN CYANOGEN noted that apartments in the Moscow new buildings in the current year has risen, while apartments fell. “Demand for apartment minimum, to the same preferential mortgage does not cover real estate, this format and, therefore, it is possible to expect outflow of demand towards apartments, which also leads to increase prices”, — told the Agency the representative of the portal.

Earlier, in April, it was reported that apartments in Russia is planned to equate to the housing. The bill developed in the Federation Council. The senators plan to make changes in housing, urban development and land legislation.
