Rashit Shamilovich was born April 25, 1954 in the village of Aktanysh. Graduated from the Kazan medical Institute. He worked as a cardiologist in the 15 th city hospital, and then became head of the therapeutic Department of the medical unit Tatflot. From 2004 to 2013, he directed the cardiology Department №2 Interregional clinical diagnostic center.
