The restrictions imposed in Russia because of the pandemic coronavirus infection COVID-19 will be lifted in three stages. This, as reported TASS, means the draft recommendations developed by the Federal service for supervision of consumer rights protection and human welfare (Rospotrebnadzor).

She reported on the development authority draft guidelines to the governors of constituent entities of the Russian Federation on removal of restrictions that were imposed because of the situation with the spread of coronavirus infection.
It implies that the decision will be based on an assessment of the growth rate of cases, the test coverage and of vacancy of hospital beds in the region for one to two weeks.
The lifting of the restrictions will occur in three stages. The first will resume part of its trading facilities and will be allowed a walk with the kids and sport activities, the second will resume educational organizations and retail facilities and more space will be allowed a walk with family members. Finally, the third phase will open squares, parks, hotels, and catering establishments.
