The smallest Studio apartment in the Moscow market of new buildings can be offered in the project “Degunino” in the North of the city — its area is 10.6 square meters. The cost of the lot — 3.1 million rubles, according to materials presented by “the Ribbon.ru” analytical centre Est-a-Tet.
In General over the past year, the share of newly built small apartments in the capital increased from 1.3 to 2 percent, analysts estimated. Studio with an area of 15 square meters can be found in residential complexes, Loft FM and “Sayany Park”, their cost is 3.8 million and 2.4 million rubles, respectively. Projects “don quarter” and Co found a Loft Studio with an area of 17 square meters.
