air Traffic between Russia and Turkey, which had been suspended against the backdrop of a pandemic coronavirus can be renewed since July 15. That Russia is considering Turkey’s offer to open borders for tourists by that date, said the Minister of transport of Russia Eugene Dietrich. His words TASS reports.

Earlier in June, Vice-President of the Russian Union of travel Industry (PCT) Yuri Barzykin reported that the resorts of Turkey can be opened for Russian travelers in the second half of July. According to Barzykin, in July, Russians will be available in CIS countries, followed, perhaps, Armenia and Belarus.

Also, on June 11 it became known that Turkey is going from 15 July to resume regular flights with Russia, and waits for confirmation from the Russian side. In addition, the expected resumption of flights from Turkey to Kazakhstan, 1 July — Belarus and Ukraine, and on 1 September in the United States.
