MOSCOW, 30 April/ Radio Sputnik. The head of Stavropol Andrey Dzhatdoev died not because of the coronavirus, reported RIA Novosti citing a source familiar with the situation.

According to him, the probable cause of death was problems with the cardiovascular system.

On the death of Dzhatdoeva radio Sputnik reported on the morning of 30 April. Andrey Dzhatdoev led the regional capital from October 1, 2016, and in August 2012 for the first time headed the city administration. Last year, the official received the title of Hero of labor of Stavropol. The man died at 58 years old.
