One more Russian company will be lean — Pyatigorsk plant “Impulse” will begin to implement lean technologies in the framework of the national project “Productivity and support employment.” This was reported on the website of the city administration.

“the Plant has applied for participation in the national project in 2019, but due to the peculiarities of the production process to proceed with the implementation of the national project in the enterprise succeeded only in 2020”, — stated in the message.

Currently, the factory engaged in production of devices for the nuclear industry, set up a special working group to consider how to improve productivity in the enterprise. Experts have carried out training of the plant employees, in particular, they talk about the competent organization of the workplace and logistics.

The national project “Productivity and employment” will be implemented in Russia until the end of 2024. In total it will allocate for 52.1 billion. The project is aimed at increasing productivity, optimizing processes and reducing their costs, reducing the cost and improving product quality, training employees and ensuring effective employment.
