FITUR proposes to amend the Labour code amendment on temporary remote work, in accordance with which envisages the registration of the additional agreement between employer and employee. The document also has provisions for calculating the working time, the form of a report on the work and interaction with management. In addition, the authors of the document propose to prescribe a ban on the reduction of salaries when working from home, if the employee can cope with all the responsibilities.

the pre-Emptive right to work remotely are encouraged to provide employees with children under 14 years of age, disabled persons and old-age pensioners, students studying full-time and people caring for disabled or chronically ill relatives.
