FITUR proposes to amend the Labour code amendment on temporary remote work, in accordance with which envisages the registration of the additional agreement between employer and employee. The document also has provisions for calculating the working time, the form of a report on the work and interaction with management. In addition, the authors of the document propose to prescribe a ban on the reduction of salaries when working from home, if the employee can cope with all the responsibilities.
