After a fatal accident allegedly actor Mikhail Efremov was able to offer the money to the police. The video was shown in the broadcast of “60 minutes” on TV channel “Russia 1”.
According to TV presenter Olga Skobeeva, this video was shown to the public for the first time. According to her, the footage was taken presumably on the lapel camera of a police officer. They are seen as a Protocol, and the voice, like the voice of Ephraim.
