Russian immunologist Nikolai Kryuchkov listed three riddles of the new type of coronavirus faced by scientists. Stumbled upon them during blood tests of family members of patients.
The first, called Hooks, the lack of antibodies in some patients with coronavirus. It is noted that one of the investigated was not found the so-called “memory cells”.
The second is the lack of immunity of one of the patients, which was observed all the symptoms of the disease. And third in another patient were revealed T-lymphocytes, but no signs of the disease.
According to “Economy today”, the immunologist called not to hurry with conclusions, because the study was conducted in a very narrow range of patients. In addition, instead of antibodies in many patients developed T-cell immunity, which indicates the presence of an immune response to the infection.
