The Russians 40 years and older annually will receive one additional weekend day. This change in TK of Russia is made in order for people to be able to pass the examination, is explained on the website of the state Duma.
“Employees over the age of 40 years are entitled to be excused from work for one working day once a year with the preservation of their places of work and average earnings,” reads the amendment to the labour code.
This will confirm that the person really passed the examination. The employee will be obliged to bring a certificate from the clinic. In the state Duma noted that paid off for passing medical examinations for the workers was provided before, but to take it only once in three years.
