Russia has offered to provide housing for the isolation of people infected with coronavirus, as well as for those coming from countries with poor epidemiological situation of citizens. The relevant draft law developed by the senators, reported TASS the head of the Federation Council Committee on constitutional legislation and state construction Andrey Klishas.

it is Proposed to amend article 106 of the Housing code of the Russian Federation, and to establish if there are adverse sanitary – epidemiological situation, the capacity to enter into the tenancy agreement with citizens coming from countries with poor epidemiological situation.
According to Klishas, the situation of coronavirus has shown that many persons, for example, come from countries with a poor epidemiological situation, were forced to withdraw in self-isolation at home. Thus, people endanger the health of friends and relatives. He also noted that citizens living in apartments small area, are unable to fully comply with the self-isolation in case someone from the family members got sick and is at home treatment.
