The majority of Russian citizens do not intend to use the electronic employment record. About it reports RBC.

January 1, 2020, as reported by “Rambler” in Russia came into force the law on electronic employment records. It gives employees the right to choose between using the electronic and paper versions of this document.

Some time ago the all-Russia centre of studying of public opinion (VTSIOM) conducted a survey on the attitude of Russians to employment e-books.

According to the results, 30% of those who have designed electronic workbook, and is not an idle pensioner, intend to move to electronic work book, 63 percent do not intend to. 56% of all continuing to work the Russians do not intend to move to electronic work book, 29% — intend, and 6% already have.

51% of respondents aged 18-24 years and 36% residents of Moscow and St. Petersburg intend to move to electronic work book, as 68% of respondents over 60 years of age and residents of the villages — do not intend to.

“the Main disadvantages of electronic work, the respondents named the possibility of data loss, the threat of data breaches, inability to use, with no Internet or electricity, the risk of unauthorized data changes, difficulty in use,” says RBC.
