The lawyer of the victims in the case of a fatal accident actor Yefremov, denied the information about the claim in 40 million roubles. Defender Alexander Dobrovinsky said that civil lawsuits in the case has not yet been declared, reports RIA Novosti.
Earlier a row of mass media published information that the family of the deceased driver Sergei Zakharov wants to require of the actor an amount of 40 million rubles.

Earlier, the Rambler reported that in the case of Ephraim, there was a scandal with the lawyers – they have become involved in disciplinary cases.
Fatal accident, as reported by “the Rambler”, occurred on the evening of 8 June. Mikhail Efremov behind the wheel of the SUV drove into the oncoming lane and crashed into a van. The actor was not injured, van driver died from his injuries.
