The court in Ekaterinburg has fined the chief physician of hospital No. 24 Alexey Malinkin due to the outbreak of the coronavirus after a man has decided to treat seven patients with COVID-19 at home, told RIA Novosti on Saturday in a press-service of Sverdlovsk regional court.
