Since the beginning of 2022, the Main Directorate of the State Construction Supervision of the Moscow Region has issued 56 conclusions on compliance (ZOS) based on the results of the construction of social facilities. This is reported by the press service of the department.
“This year, 20 secondary schools and 20 preschool institutions, eight buildings for healthcare, seven sports facilities and one church have been built in 21 city districts of the region,” the press service of the Minister of the Government of the Moscow Region for state Supervision in Construction Artur Garibyan quotes.
It is noted that by the end of the year it is planned to issue a ZOS to 21 more social facilities. It is planned to complete the construction of seven schools and five kindergartens in the region (in Krasnogorsk, Leninsky, Odintsovo, Naro-Fominsk city districts and Balashikha). Two more dispensary centers and five polyclinics will appear in the Moscow region. They are preparing to receive the MBU “Fedoskino Center for Physical Culture and Sports” in Mytishchi and a swimming pool in the Khimki Arena building.
“The construction of buildings is more intensive this year. Last year, only 60 objects were commissioned in the Moscow region, this year, taking into account the plan, we expect that a total of 77 compliance certificates will be issued,” concluded Artur Gharibyan.
