And the targets set in the state programme does not allow you to check and confirm the achievement of goals.
thus, according to the auditors, in the Sakhalin region on January 1, 2019 lived 489 thousand people, and according to regional authorities, the number of recipients of support measures amounted to 633 thousand. “It can be when one person gets several support measures”, – explained the auditor. He stressed that getting such information, it is impossible to make management decisions in the ministries and departments.
