Low-budget film tells the story of a crime which is of interest to the investigative team; as in the famous novel of the same ryunosuke “rashomon Gate”, one version contradicts another, why in the course of action the question arises in the facts of the crime. “In a sense, our film is not so much an adaptation of Akutagawa’s story, how a free remake of the immortal Akira Kurosawa’s film “rashomon”, made on its basis” – says the author.
